Our venue is available for rent – seven days a week from 9 am – 9 pm. But for you? – we’ll come in early or stay late. Contact us about bookings outside regular times.

When your production is crying out for something modern…vintage…luxe – we’ve got you covered. Our studio is equipped with a variety of props including vintage stools, chairs, ceramic vases, glass vases, and more.

Think ‘blank slate.’ Everything in our studio is designed to be configured to your production or event’s requirements. Furniture, props, plants – whatever moves you – can be moved-around, in, or out. Our simple, minimal environment is your creative canvas. The options are endless!

What are your studio hours?
Monday through Sunday, seven days a week from 9 am – 9 pm. Contact us about an early call or a late wrap. We know how that goes. We’ll work it out.

Do you host events such as baby showers?
Yes! We regularly host private events such as baby showers, classy hen and bachelorette parties, and corporate functions. Visit our events page for a complete list of private events offered.

Can I add more time?
We are happy to extend your time provided there are no bookings after you at a rate of $85 per hour.

What is your studio’s capacity?
We recommend a maximum occupancy of 10 people for photoshoots and 20 people for workshops and meetings.

Is there a freight elevator?
Yep! Several, the closest is just down the hall from the studio’s entrance. Convenient loading and unloading, with the street-level entrance accessed at 302 Carlaw Laneway.

Do you offer self-check-in?
24 hours prior to your start time you’ll receive a code to access the space.

Is there parking?
We have one, free, assigned parking space available at 90 Boston Ave. – and there’s also a close-by paid parking lot located at 345 Carlaw Ave. Metered, street parking is available on Carlaw Ave. (3 hours, max.). And there’s free 1-hour street parking at Natalie Place and Colgate Ave.
